Cancellations for participation in the Welcome Party (Networking Session) will be accepted until Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 23:59 (JST).

Additional participation requests are also welcome.

Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the participation fee.
